Chapter 3 - Affiliate Marketing Methods that Generate Paying Customers
The purpose of this chapter is to give you an overview of methods that you can successfully use to promote this affiliate program. From our study and feedback from other marketers we've received demonstrate that a good profit can be attained with these methods.
Method #1 PPC Advertising:
Pay-Per-Click advertising is where you can bid on keywords listed in search engines and receive top listings for those keywords. Search engines with this program include Google, Yahoo and MSN to name the top ones. With PPC you are able to bid on keywords such as car auction, seized cars, etc. You only pay for each click. So a well crafted ad and our sales material can turn a small investment of time and money into a nice profit.

These are just examples of generic yet successful ads. The more creative and fine tuned you are the better.

These lists are a very powerful tool and are a result of many hours of research, web analytics, various analysis algorithms and thousands of dollars spent in testing relevancy and effectiveness. Method #2 YouTube Videos
Videos on web sites like YouTube or Google Video can potentially be seen by thousands of people. So putting together a video that is cleverly titled around the automotive or car auction field can yield large sums of targeted traffic. Video web sites also require no cash. So if you have little or no money to invest this option is right for you.
You may wonder what you can do. Some have just taken a video camera to record something related to cars. Then posted their video. Others used a program like Camtasia Studio to create a simple slide show.
Once you've created your video put a plug in for your affiliate code.
Method #3 Use your Web site
If you are a webmaster and own your own web sites you can simply link to our web site using your affiliate code. Web sites themed around cars work best. If you don't have a web site that you think would attract the right audience creating a web site and optimizing it with SEO methods can bring the desired traffic. Remember to place your link in an area that is clearly visible. We have some great banners that you can use in Chapter 5.
Article marketing is also a viable option to use with this method.
